Day 4

Yoga. Ugh. Well this DVD was the hardest I have done yet, but my muscles felt a lot better after the workout. I can stretch my arms all the way out now. My leg muscles actually were a lot more sore than they were the day before, but yoga really got nice stretches going that helped them feel phenomenal.

Day 3?

Oh my. I can barely move most of my muscles from how sore I am. I need to definitely invest in some protein powder, so I don't feel so sore. I can feel the lactic acid in my muscles just being angry with me for doing so much working out after never really doing any. I guess it means that something is working though. I have to take a break today, so will have to push this exercise to another day unfortunately.

Day 2

Holy crap. Plyo is a real tough workout. It was like - squat, jump, squat, jump - rinse and repeat 200 times. But hopefully as I get through the program this becomes easier.

My muscles are feeling pretty sore from the day before, which is also nice motivation to keep doing the program... you know it is working. I just need to find something that will keep me healthy food-wise and protein-wise. Since I am living on my own and only a college age student with little pocket change, my food supply is less than par.

Tomorrow I will be doing Chest and Back and Ab Ripper.

Day 1

Here is to new beings! Or just a shinier body.
It was my first day of the program, and everything went pretty well. I look forward to the next exercises and the next 89 intense days. Today I accidentally did Day 3's workout routine instead of Day 1's. I will just do Day 1 on Day 3.
